The best way to estimate the size you will need is to wrap a measuring tape around your wrist, and introduce a finger underneath the tape, for slack.
The resulting measurement represents the size you will need. If the measurement falls between two sizes that are offered, always choose the next largest size, to ensure a comfortable fit.
