Delivery

Products purchased on Constantin Nautics Canada are delivered in Canada and US only. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

Deliveries are made via Canada Post services

Dear customers, the company Constantin Nautics Canada recommends you to choose the priority delivery. In the opposite choice, the company Constantin Nautics Canada declines any responsibility in case of delay or non-delivery of the ordered products.

The delivery time may vary depending on the product ordered and its availability.
Since the product is available and in stock, delivery will be made within a maximum of 7-10 days, only counted in working days to start with the order of registration.

constantinnautics.ca does not guarantee the availability of stocks of products on the site, which is why the Company reserves the right not to deliver them, while the products in question are no longer included in the supplier’s current offer or unavailable for other reasons (temporary lack of stock, limited edition, lack of raw materials, etc.)

In the last step of your purchase, you will see the order receipt that you can print. You will also receive an order receipt at the email address you specified on the form. If you have not received an email from us, please also check your SPAM box. Sometimes our emails can be considered SPAM.

Pricing Policy

We always try to ensure that our prices are correct, but, from time to time, errors may occur. If we discover an error on the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either re-ordering the item at the correct price, or cancelling the order. If you choose to cancel, and you have already made a payment for the goods, a refund will be made.

Returns Policy

Within 30 days after delivery of the product, you can return it, only when the product shows no signs of damage.

Products can be returned only through courier or by bringing them at the company and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt and the warranty to be changed if you are not satisfied with them.

Ordered products with manufacturing defects can be sent to our office via courier companies (transport costs borne entirely by Constantin Nautics) or by bringing them to our headquarter. They will be exchanged with other identical products or other products of equal value.

Products ordered wrong (wrong size) can be exchanged with other identical but different size or with similar products of equal value within 30 days of purchase, but in this case the customer will bear the full cost of transporting round-trip if you can bring to our office. In this case, the products must be accompanied only by the warranty.

You can not return:

– Expressly ordered products at the request of the buyer and not part of the stock at time of order;

– Products that no longer have the original packaging in which it was delivered;

– Products which do not have the warranty (if applicable);

– Deteriorated products.

In this case, money back policy will not be applied, the product will be shipped to the buyer”s expense.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept return in case of abuse (repeated returns). We reserve the right to ban the IP offers customers who have made online orders that they refused without justification.

Rights of return is not granted to special products if they have been manufactured or modified according to specific orders of the buyer.
